Reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the individual will ensure that the product offerings deliver high value and usability to a diverse global customer base, which includes a significant portion of the Fortune 100. The position requires a balance between strategic vision and tactical execution, focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs within the cybersecurity landscape. \n Accountabilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the security solution and data landscape. Evangelize the product vision for both the short and long term. Collaborate with the executive team to align on product and partner initiatives. Drive customer acquisition and adoption through effective product delivery. Participate in strategic planning alongside other executives. Engage with customers and prospects to grasp their evolving needs. Foster innovation within the technology team and facilitate collaboration. Manage interdependencies among projects and initiatives across technology. Own key processes to ensure repeatable execution in product initiatives. Align technology strategies with corporate vision and product roadmaps. Cultivate critical data partner relationships. Explore new product opportunities and partnerships. Support the integrations team in delivering on strategic objectives. Recruit top technology talent to build market-leading products. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles. Strong background in cybersecurity and understanding of security product development. Experience in strategic product shaping with technical insights. Demonstrated ability to engage customers and translate needs into product strategy. History of successful collaboration with engineering teams. Experience building partnerships and integrations with data sources. Skilled in planning, prioritization, and establishing repeatable processes. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Proficient in research and adapting to market changes.
