Trimoves Relocations is seeking dedicated, professional, and client-focused individuals to join our team of move technicians. This role is pivotal in delivering our mission of transforming moving experiences from average to exceptional. Move technicians are the face of Trimoves during relocations and are instrumental in ensuring that every move is executed with precision, care, and a customer-centric approach.

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

Valid driving licence with experience driving commercial vehicles, including vans and flatbed lorries.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safe handling practices for specialized or fragile items (training provided).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in removals, logistics, or a similar field.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly packing materials and sustainable practices.

• Packing and Handling: Execute industry-leading packing techniques for various items, including fragile, antique, or high-value goods.
• Loading and Transport: Safely load and secure items in vehicles to ensure damage-free transportation.
• Unpacking and Setup: Arrange items in the client’s new home per their specifications, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve on-site challenges such as access issues, delays, or last-minute changes.
• Time Management: Maintain strict adherence to timelines, working ahead of schedule to minimise potential delays.
• Sustainability: Utilize eco-friendly materials and follow waste management protocols to align with Trimoves’ commitment to sustainability.
• Post-Move Cleanup: Ensure the client’s space is left tidy and welcoming by removing packing materials and debris.
