Position Overview: The Logistics and Removals Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a removals and logistics business. This role involves assisting with logistics, managing schedules, coordinating staff, and ensuring that removals/logistics are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The assistant will work closely with the operations team, clients, and drivers to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all removal tasks are executed professionally.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience: Previous experience in a logistics, operations, or removals environment is preferred but not essential.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
· Customer Focus: Ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
· Attention to Detail: Careful attention to the details of each move, including managing schedules, paperwork, and inventory.
