• Loading and Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, furniture, and personal items onto and off removal vehicles.
• Packing Assistance: Help pack, wrap, and secure items to ensure they are transported safely and without damage.
• Furniture Handling: Safely carry, move, and position heavy and bulky items, such as sofas, beds, and appliances, within homes or offices.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a friendly, professional manner and answering questions as needed during the move.
• Site Preparation: Prepare items for transport by ensuring they are properly packed and protected. Clear pathways to avoid obstructions or potential hazards.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist with cleaning and clearing the premises once the move is complete, ensuring the space is left tidy.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other porters, drivers, and removal staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the move.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself, team members, and customers.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of all items being moved and assist with inventory lists to ensure that all items are accounted for during the move.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: €16.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
