OTHER PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS/SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in developing policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA REMS requirements and risk management practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and REMS portals.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology, drug safety, or regulatory compliance.
  • Prior experience with REMS programs is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require that the employee be able to sit for extended periods of time and be able to look at a computer screen for multiple hours.
