The Renal Services Manager will manage the Renal Services in SWSLHD in relation to the nursing team, dialysis technical team, multi-disciplinary team, and all aspects of the health care environment. The Renal Services Manager will manage the delivery of clinical services and manage the service for the procurement, distribution and maintenance of equipment. This role is pivotal to the coordination of patient care, department management and leadership of the service. This multidisciplinary approach to care will focus on the patient experience while ensuring service delivery is based on best practice, adapted to local needs and be of a high standard. The Renal Services Manager will provide timely, expert advice on the management of the commercial provisions in contracts which includes negotiating with third parties and engage and manage commercial and legal advisors in the preparation of contractual documents.
