• Leveraging existing client relationships and building new relationships to build and identify new business opportunities to secure environment and approvals work from key clients, with a particular focus on energy projects, including renewables and transmission & distribution.
• Collaborate with our market and account leaders to bring the best of Mott MacDonald to our clients.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver environmental impact assessments for major infrastructure projects in energy, and bring your skills to transport, water and social infrastructure markets as required.
• Management of approvals projects across the project lifecycle from proposal through to delivery on projects.
• Collaborate with interstate team members as part of business development and project delivery to deliver a nationally consistent client experience and quality.
• Contribute to promotion of our Environment & Society capability within the industry.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff members within the team
• Ability to manage and coordinate relationships with sub-consultants to ensure successful delivery of major projects.
