Description

Workload: 100% Join Axpo Solar Germany as a Program Manager, where you will lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from development through to construction and operation. What you will do: Oversee cross-functional project management, ensuring smooth transitions during development and construction phases. Collaborate with diverse teams, including development, construction, and asset management, to drive project success. Monitor and control project schedules, focusing on multidisciplinary tasks and external partnerships. Manage commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring profitability and compliance. Contribute to project legal setups and master and challenge project business plans seeking optimization at all potential levels and ensuring regular updates for top management reporting. Engage with stakeholders, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong relationships. What you bring & who you are: Proven experience managing PV projects or large-scale infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years). Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks across various teams. Proficient understanding of business plans and financial metrics. Willingness to challenge existing processes and implement efficient solutions. Fluency in German and English, French or Polish is a plus.
