In partnership with leading community solar providers, we help households reduce energy costs and environmental impact—without requiring rooftop panels or long-term commitments. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our team with Renewable Energy Sales Representatives who are motivated to build a career with purpose.
As a Renewable Energy Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact between our company and prospective customers. This role combines client interaction, renewable energy education, and hands-on sales support. You’ll receive comprehensive training to develop the skills needed to connect customers with cost-effective solar energy solutions, while contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach is helpful but not required
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Represent Arcadia’s community solar programs in face-to-face interactions with potential customers
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of solar participation, including cost savings and environmental impact
  • Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Support the enrollment process by assisting customers through plan options and sign-up procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategies and meet campaign objectives
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records using our tracking systems
  • Stay informed on renewable energy industry updates, local policies, and program eligibility requirements
