Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, proposal preparation, and occasional site visits. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, including utility-scale solar project design, consulting, or due diligence. Expertise in solar resource assessment, energy yield modeling, and statistical/uncertainty analysis. Proficiency with PVsyst, Excel-based data processing, and data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of renewable energy project execution, finance, and operational performance evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reports, proposals, and client interaction. Solid leadership, mentoring, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Competitive salary range: $116,620 – $179,890. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans. Life, accident, and disability insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax commuter account options. Paid personal/sick time, vacation, holidays, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
