The ideal candidate will bring:

• Qualifications and knowledge of management, installation and maintenance of renewable technologies such as EV, PV & EESS & ASHP’s.
• Proven experience leading electrical installation and/or maintenance teams in EV, PV & EESS & ASHP systems
• Robust management skills that emphasise quality, safety and efficiency
• Can lead by example and make decisions based on the best interests of the company
• Ability to support and develop team members
• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
• A real commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• NVQ in Electrical Engineering (Gold Card or Black Card) (desirable)
• EV / Solar & EESS / ASHP Qualifications (required)
• 18th Edition (required)
• Inspection & Testing C&G 2391-52 or equivalent (preferred)
• Supporting Managerial and / or H&S qualifications (beneficial)
