THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Insurance Renewal Centre at Maxxam Insurance is looking for a Renewal Centre Assistant. Reporting to the department supervisor. This individual will assist in document processing and renewal/client retention.
We will provide you with training, mentorship and all the tools you need to possess a successful career. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry while providing exceptional service to our clients. If you are a motivated professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to work on a computer, specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Post new policies and renewals in TAM software
  • Verify renewal and new policy payments
  • Follow up on daily emails
  • Familiarity with ICBC Policy Centre
  • Process and sell ICBC Insurance
