Role Scope We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Renewal Executive to join our Real Estate team. The Renewal Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal and termination process for residential and commercial tenancy contracts while ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant experiences and accurate system management. Key Responsibilities Contract Renewals Prepare and send renewal notices to tenants in a timely manner. Follow up with tenants through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and formal correspondence regarding contract renewals. Conduct renewal negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies and market conditions. Prepare, print, and process tenancy contracts through Yardi and offline systems. Ensure all renewal documentation is completed accurately and maintained properly. Contract Terminations Handle tenant termination requests and conduct termination negotiations. Process tenancy contract terminations in accordance with company procedures. Prepare and manage No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and coordinate move-out procedures. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure a smooth termination and handover process. Tenant Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues. Maintain regular communication with tenants and provide exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle. Administrative & System Management Perform data entry and workflow management through the Yardi system. Update and maintain records related to: Contract Renewals Contract Terminations Tenant Profiles RentCafe Portal Generate reports and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions. Ensure all documentation is updated, organized, and compliant with company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing, renewals, or tenant management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Yardi systems is required. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
