Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Renewal Leasing Executive to manage lease renewals efficiently and ensure high tenant retention. The ideal candidate will handle lease negotiations, maintain strong tenant relationships, and work closely with the property management team to maximize occupancy and rental income.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in leasing, renewals, or property management.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of UAE real estate laws and leasing procedures.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont

Responsibilities:

  • Lease Renewals & Negotiations:
  • Manage and execute lease renewals for existing tenants.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, rental increases, and contract amendments.
  • Ensure timely communication with tenants regarding lease expirations.
  • Tenant Relations & Retention:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • Address tenant concerns and facilitate solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth renewal process to minimize vacancies.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare lease agreements, addendums, and necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lease renewals and amendments.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Work closely with property managers, landlords, and finance teams.
  • Provide regular reports on renewal rates, tenant feedback, and occupancy trends.
  • Suggest strategies to enhance lease retention and revenue growth.
