Responsibilities

As a Renewal Manager within the EMEA sales organization, you will be responsible for managing renewals for SMB customers across an assigned region. You will be accountable for retention, cross-sell, and upsell goals, carrying an individual sales quota.

  • Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving renewals and expansion through cross- and upselling
  • Clearly understand customer needs and craft tailored value propositions based on Maxon’s offerings
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities, including proactive prospecting of renewing accounts, targeted campaigns, and qualifying marketing leads to meet business objectives. Ensure timely closure of renewals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally
  • Act as the primary point of contact at Maxon for assigned customers
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback
