Knowing, writing and improving all process Order to Renewal Manage and oversee the subscription renewal process for Software as a Service (SaaS) to ensure customer retention and revenue growth. Develop effective renewal strategies, including proactive identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and concerns, ensuring successful renewals. Conduct data analysis and track key metrics related to SaaS renewal to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the renewal process, providing assistance and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Managing monthly invoicing and monitoring customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely collection. Prepares detailed reports on billing and collections to support financial analysis and decision-making. Qualifications Hard Skills Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and performance metrics. Previous experience in sales, account management, or similar roles in the SaaS industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Deep understanding of the pricing and knowledge of the benefits and features of SaaS software. Ability to manage proper priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software is desirable.
