What you will do?

  • You’ll work closely with Alfabet customers and Bizzdesign’s Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global Support teams in our Berlin office.
  • Your main focus will be managing renewal quotes and contracts, supporting vendor registration, and helping with contract closures and service offers.You’ll also liaise directly with customers’ procurement and legal teams during negotiations.

Who are you?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in any related field with a focus on customer relations, sales, or contract management
  • You have 2+ years of experience in this area, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • You are based in Berlin.
  • You are a very structured, detail-oriented, and organized individual.
  • You are a relationship builder and a confident facilitator.
  • You take full ownership and have a high degree of honesty and integrity.You have a “hands-on” and “roll-up-your-sleeves” collaborating supervisor attitude.

  • 2nd Interview with our Chief Customer Officer (1 hour)
  • 3rd Interview with our Chief Sales Officer (1 hour)A last interview with our General Manager focused on team fit, mindset, and what drives you (30min)
