As a Renewal Retention Specialist, you’ll leverage your knowledge of personal insurance, regional market insights, and technical skills to make a real difference—focusing on client retention and preparing clients for each renewal cycle. You’ll play a key part in Westland’s commitment to outstanding service, developing your front-line underwriting abilities, and gaining hands-on experience throughout the sales and client life cycles.
