Job Summary: The Renewal Sales Representative for our Capital Planning Software and Services will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing renewal opportunities by leveraging our advanced solutions for strategic capital planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge of our software, and exceptional organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, acting as their advocate within the company. Engage in value-added conversations about our software and services, highlighting benefits and aligning them with client needs. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue expansion. Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, coordinating with support and technical teams when necessary. Ensure clients have a seamless experience with our capital planning software and services. Guide customers through the procurement process, coordinating with legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions. Achieve critical KPIs related to renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue and enhance customer value. Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on account performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in renewal sales or key account management, preferably in the SaaS or capital planning software industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency with software solutions and data analytics. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
