Description

As a Renewal Representative you will be responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing customers to secure a license/product renewal. Responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online and updating/maintaining records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve quota by ensuring license/product renewal accuracy and cross functional entitlement for customer support.
  • Provide product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.
  • Work within an established territory within the EMEA region with both customer and partners.
  • Analyze customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintains a positive relationship with customers and internal teams.
  • Work with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
