JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewals Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing client renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process. This role will involve handling inquiries from multiple sources, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve renewal targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales and client management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from different channels and provide information about company setup, business activities, eligibility, free zones, and terms.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Attend events and business networks to boost sales from non-marketing sources.
- Train and support new consultants and business setup firms to increase sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and Free Zones.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage CRM effectively.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and understand competitor offerings.
- Provide monthly reports comparing sales and leads.
- Coordinate with the Compliance and Operations teams to meet client requirements.
- Conduct market competition analysis through mystery shopping.
- Deliver excellent customer service from initial inquiry to closure.
- Ensure high conversion rates and assist clients with company incorporation and visa-related fees.
- Provide clear, accurate information to clients about their requirements.
- Prepare reports as needed by your line manager.
