Due to growth, my client are seeking an Renewals Advisor to join their exciting business due to growth. The ideal candidate will have experience within either sales, customer service, administration or insurance. Offering a base salary of £25,000 plus excellent monthly commission on top, genuine career progression opportunities and benefits within a great team.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
· Experience within either sales, insurance or customer service – desirable
· Understanding or experience of working to meet targets
· Excellent communicator
· Ability to build rapport
· Ability to use Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
THE ROLE:
· Following up with existing clients regarding their renewals
· Building relationships with existing clients
· Providing excellent customer service
· Ensuring client needs are met
· Working to renewals targets
