Job Description: Renewals Associate Overview
Based out of Manila, the Renewals Associate’s will be a critical team to ensures the seamless execution of customer renewals. Serving as the backbone of the renewal lifecycle; accuracy of contracts and client access, highlighting key areas of interest including, but not limited to: discount, discrepancies, opportunity and risk. Collaboration will be key, working with the client facing renewals team and sales operations. This is non-client-facing role to ensure timely and accurate renewals: success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach, it will require using our multiple internal client systems to help identify the ‘single source of truth’ to align with our client and contract CRM Salesforce.
