Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Renewals Coordinator is responsible for the back-end operations of customer accounts including renewals, add-on orders, customer information capture, and billing details. They will also be pivotal to ad-hoc customer projects to ensure retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinating renewal paperwork
  • Monitoring upcoming renewals and coordinating with customers and procurement teams to ensure on-time renewal
  • Creating quotes and coordinating signatures to close renewals
  • Ensuring accurate customer product license creation, activation, and deactivation, per contracted products
  • Being the first line of contact for customers for account-related items
  • Updating Salesforce records consistently and accurately
  • Partnering with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Finance to address customer needs
