Your tasks will include: Manage renewal of contracts in assigned territory to protect revenue Monitor expiring agreements and take timely action to maintain customers Provide accurate proposals and quotes according to customer agreements Handle inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, upselling and reinstatement Collaborate positively with customers, partners and internal teams Record all activities accurately in the customer relationship management system Achieve sales targets with focus on customer retention and revenue growth What we expect from you: Speak English and German fluently for effective communication (B2 min.) Have minimum two years of sales experience in software or related industry Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills Work effectively in a fast-paced and semi-autonomous environment Be self-motivated and able to manage high volumes of communications Possess basic knowledge of virtualization and familiarity with SalesForce is a big plus.
