Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewals Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise clients, driving renewal of existing contracts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Track client subscription expiry dates and initiate renewal communication. Follow up with clients for pending invoice payments. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries related to billing or renewals. Maintain records of renewals, payment follow-ups, and client communication. Share regular updates on renewal status and pending payments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in in any field. 1–2 years of experience in renewals, collections, accounts receivables, customer success, or client servicing roles. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of invoicing and subscription-based services. Good organizational and client-handling abilities.
