About the role As an Renewals Operations Analyst, you'll be reponsible to drive subscription renewals for Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customers throughout North America. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and build meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Main responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly / annual renewal targets Engage customers pre- and post-renewal to secure retention Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sales Maintain accurate CRM records Collaborate across teams to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback Required qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management) Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction Strong interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills Fluent in English; available across all North American time zones and able to follow North American calendar for statutory holiday schedule.
