Description

We are looking for two enthusiastic and customer focused Renewal Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out, account management and closing of business to existing customer ahead of their lease end dates, discussing renewal options, and ensuring a smooth transition into their next vehicle. This is a relationship based sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing current customer accounts and ensuring a timely contract renewal.
  • Contact current customer proactively to discuss upcoming renewals and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with the team leaders and aftersales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for cross selling and maximising customer value
  • Track and report on all KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive and confident in handling objections and closing sales.
  • Team player with a result driven mindset.
  • Have sales experience, although not required as all training will be provided.
  • Be confident communication with customer on the phone ad by email, guiding them through the retention and sales process.
  • Happy to be part of a busy environment and adapt to the culture of built to lease.
