Salary: £50,000 OTE

We have a new job vacancy for a Renewals Sepcialist in Hull for my client’s main dealership. Join a Premium Brand at an Award-Winning Dealership. We’re recruiting for a Renewals Specialist to join an exisiting team in Hull. Renewals Specialist Role
This is a dual-focused role, split 50/50 between outbound customer contact and in-showroom engagement. You’ll be responsible for maximising renewals and enhancing customer retention using dealer management system and key software tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers by phone to discuss renewal opportunities and book appointments
  • Delivering a VIP experience in the showroom, assessing customer needs and building rapport
  • Maintaining accurate records of renewal activity including prospects, appointments, and conversions
  • Adhering to company and manufacturer policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator with experience in outbound customer contact
  • Background in call centres or sales environments is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic relationships
  • Passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer service
  • A-Level or equivalent education (preferred)
