QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOSPITAL SECURITY GUARD

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Check identification and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with hospital staff, emegency responders, and law enforcement during serious incidents
