JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled renovation assistant/ helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to posses skills and experience in various renovation tasks, with a strong attention to details with a strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in renovation work.
• Proficiency in tile laying, flooring installation, baseboard moulding installation, grouting and caulking, building finishing, minor carpentry, and interior painting.
• Ability to operate heavy construction materials efficiently.
• Knowledge of building practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
  Pay: $21.00-$38.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 16 – 37 per week

• Perform renovation tasks such as grouting and caulking, minor wood work, flooring (Laminate, LVP, En Hardwood) installation, and interior painting (Masking, Patching, Sanding, spackling, Mudding, Skim Coating, Painting, molding installation, and so on)
• Operate power tools, equipment, and hand tools effectively.
• Demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• and other related tasks as needed.
