OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience in various renovation tasks. This role involves working on residential projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. The Renovator will be responsible for a variety of tasks involved in renovations/additions (framing, trim carpentry, painting, siding, etc.).

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have a general knowledge in construction with hands-on experience in multiple areas of renovation. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

• Engage in carpentry work to build frameworks, structures, and fixtures
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Installation of insulation on projects
• Conduct construction painting, applying finishes with precision
• Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile laying
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for all renovation tasks
• Participate in roofing projects to repair or replace roofing materials
• Apply caulking to seal gaps in windows, doors, and other areas
• Perform heavy lifting as required during renovations
• Collaborate with team members on various construction projects
• Utilize maintenance person experience for general repairs and maintenance tasks
