This full-time position supports skilled tradespeople and project coordinators in delivering high-quality renovation projects while following our Centennial’s workflows and best practices. What Are You Responsible For?
- Assisting with all aspects of kitchen and bath renovations including demolition, framing, drywalling, tiling, cabinetry, and finishing work.
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and supplies at job sites.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Supporting Lead Carpenters and Project Coordinators in day-to-day tasks.
- Using our software to clock in/out, review job details, and update progress.
- Following Centennial’s principles of professionalism, efficiency, and customer respect.
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to company quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in residential renovations, carpentry, or construction.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools and safe work practices.
- Strong interest in kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is an asset (training provided).
