At Owen Framing and Construction, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is by way of high-quality residential renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction-related skills, including but not limited to carpentry, Drywall, Painting, and Plumbing experience.
This role involves working where attention to detail and the ability to follow blueprints and schematics are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in renovation contracting or a related field.
• Proficiency in tile laying, cabinet installation, construction painting, and carpentry.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen construction and renovation projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

• Install cabinets with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Restore existing structures by performing necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Lay tiles with precision for both aesthetic appeal and durability.
• Perform construction painting to enhance the visual appeal of renovated spaces.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
