JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Renovation Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial renovation projects in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project Management, subcontractor management, and estimating while ensuring the successful completion of high-quality projects on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in renovation project management or a related field.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of home renovation processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with project management tools

Responsibilities
  • Oversee renovation projects from initial planning through execution and completion.
  • Collaborate with contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Estimates and Budgeting: Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Sales Support: Assist in developing client proposals and presentations to secure renovation contracts.
  • Compliance and Permits: Ensure projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
