Warman Homes, a division of Warman Home Centre LP, is excited to be accepting applications for the position of Renovation Sales Associate. The successful applicant will work as part of our Renovation Division promoting our products and services. This position involves working directly with both the customer and our construction team. The selected applicant will be considered a people person, well organized, self-motivated, high energy, committed, and career oriented.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct in home design consults to discuss the customers personal style, functional needs, and budget
  • Assist clients with providing guidance on product and colour selections
  • Respond to leads and provide accurate and timely quotes to our customers
  • Serve as a liaison between customer and service team to ensure a smooth renovation and customer satisfaction
  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolve any issues promptly, and follow the job through until completion
  • Thrive on delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations every time

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years residential construction experience is considered a must have, with the ability to read and understand blueprints
  • 2 years experience in home renovation sales with a passion for new trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Valid class 5 drivers’ license is a must with ability to provide own transportation
  • Personable, professional, outgoing with a passion for home design
  • Attention to detail with ability to problem solve is key
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
