We are seeking a Maintenance Pro or Renovation Expert to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and improving properties and requires relevant experience, attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Dive into the CORE of our operations, where your expertise will be the driving force behind managing a diverse range of hands-on maintenance, carpentry, and renovation tasks.

  • Execute a variety of skilled maintenance and renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall patching and installation, painting, trim work, caulking, windows and doors, framing, flooring, and repairs.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of maintenance items, including electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Install and repair fixtures like shelving, cabinets, lighting, and appliances.
  • Contribute to renovation projects aimed at revitalizing residential and commercial spaces.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders with efficiency and precision, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Maintain clear communication with team leaders and clients to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Uphold safety standards and compliance with building regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to pre-empt potential issues.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including reports, invoices, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to procure necessary materials and services.
  • Continuously seek avenues for process improvement and optimization within the maintenance workflow.
