SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team at WE Care Restoration LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for various renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in restoration services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Renovator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, drywall installation, and masonry techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction and renovation work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• drywall tap mud and paint: 3 years (required)

• CSO (required)

• Perform renovations and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute renovation plans accurately.
• Install drywall, caulk, and perform masonry work as needed.
• Conduct concrete forming for various projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
