Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of an amazing team with a multi-site organization providing high end Independent and Assisted senior living. Primarily responsible to manage and coordinate Eddy Senior Living apartment refurbishments, ensuring timely completion, high quality work products, and capital expenditure cost savings. Also responsible to coordinate with Facility Managers across Eddy Senior Living to select high quality vendors for maintenance and repairs to achieve operating expense reductions. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. The duty of this position includes coordinating with Facility Managers to determine any work that can be completed internally (ex: demolition, painting) and obtaining competitive quotes from on an ongoing basis from contractors/vendors to complete refurbs. Responsible to continually compare cost of projects completed to historical costs, and implementation of cost saving opportunities. Other responsibilities include attending marketing and refurb meetings at all sites, in person or remotely, reviewing vendor work, assisting the onsite team in following up on punch list items as well as identifying other areas of potential cost savings. On site work, and travel between Eddy Senior Living sites is required. Shift: Full Time-Days Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction or related field or associate's degree with equivalent experience in project management, purchasing, construction management or related field. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in related field. Preferably should be able to read architect drawings and prepare cost estimates. Must have knowledge of project scheduling. Experience with creating purchase orders and processing vendor invoices is preferred. Must be able to work on multiple projects with competing priorities, and work as a team with multiple levels of management. Pay Range: $34.05 - $48.95 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
