We have an exciting opportunity for a Rent Payment Officer to join our Income Team initially on a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract, which may be extended. You’ll help deliver a proactive and customer focused service, ensuring that rent and service charges are recovered in a timely and efficient manner.
Please note: This role will be covering the North region across Midland Heart stock and will require regular travel across Sandwell, Wolverhampton and Staffordshire. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel across this geography regularly and at short notice, for example, to cover around 6 lettings appointments in one day.
