Your main base will be in Sittingbourne or Farringdon, with flexibility for hybrid working and travel to other offices for stakeholder engagement.

• Foster a positive, energetic team culture through regular meetings and team-building activities.
• Manage the annual rent increase process, including preparation, calculation, and communication of rent review booklets across all tenures.
