The Role
We’re looking for a Rental Administrator to join our Crossfield Head Office. As part of the Accounting Department, you’ll be the branch lead for rental contracts, documentation, billing, and invoicing. You’ll work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure every contract, work order, and delivery slip is accurate and ready to process.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and maintain rental agreements, work orders, and supporting documents.
  • Review and issue rental invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Enter and track rental activity in Point of Rental (POR) and support accuracy in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations to resolve missing or incomplete paperwork quickly.
  • Provide timely support to customers with billing and contract inquiries.
  • Maintain strict document control for contracts, delivery slips, returns, and associated files.
  • Assist the Accounting Department with related administrative and reporting tasks.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in office administration, accounting, or rental billing.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Familiarity with Point of Rental (POR) is preferred/considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven eye for detail.
  • Confident communicator who works well across teams and with customers.
