Description Budget is looking to add a Rental Agent to our team in Grand Island. This position is responsible for closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. Open availability is preferred as we have morning, evening, and weekend shifts available. Budget has a team oriented and collaborative culture that values rewarding individual contribution. Rental Agents can earn up to $20/HR after commission. We also offer benefits including PTO, Sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, and Holiday Pay. Job Duties Greet customers and address customer inquiries Perform sales and educate customers on product details Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage Report damages to on-duty supervisors Scan returning vehicles back into system Provide computerized receipts to customer Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc. Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Professional communication skills Problem resolution experience Minimum age of 18 Valid driver's license Clean driving record
