Description Budget is looking to add someone to our team at the airport in a Rental Agent role. Full-Time and Part-Time Rental Agents finalize reservations, close sales, inspect vehicles, and offer our clients with exceptional customer service. Budget's work environment is team oriented and collaborative with an emphasis on rewarding individual contribution. After commission, Rental Agents can earn well over $20/hr. Job Duties Greet customers and address customer inquiries Perform sales and educate customers on product details Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage Report damages to on-duty supervisors Scan returning vehicles back into system Provide computerized receipts to customer Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc. Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Professional communication skills Problem resolution experience Minimum age of 18 Valid driver's license Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Rental Agents greet customers, finalize reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. They also inspect vehicles and assist with vehicle exchanges and extensions.
