Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with the vehicle rental process and explain rental terms. Manage reservations, contracts, and required documentation. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental. Maintain accurate records in the rental management system. Requirements: Previous experience in car rental or customer service is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and rental software (an advantage). Valid UAE Driving License is preferrred. Flexible to work in shifts and under pressure.
