We’re looking for energetic, guest-focused professionals with hospitality, customer service, or retail experience. We provide full training so you can confidently handle rentals and offer upgrades and additional services. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized service while opening and closing rental agreements Clearly answer customer questions regarding charges, vehicle condition, directions, and concerns Proactively recommend and sell optional products including coverage, GPS, fuel options, and upgrades Prepare vehicles by washing, vacuuming, refueling, and detailing Occasionally shuttle vehicles to and from nearby locations Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, photocopy, and maintain a clean, organized workspace Support the team by assisting other agents or locations as needed Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
