We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Rental Agent to join our growing team in Antioch. This is a commission-based opportunity with high income potential for driven individuals who want to help clients find rental homes in the local area.
As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in locating rental properties, coordinating showings, handling applications, and providing top-tier customer service — all in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in person and over the phone with finding rental homes
• Show available properties and answer client questions
• Handle rental applications and communicate with landlords
• Translate and explain rental terms in Spanish as needed
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and leads
• Represent the company professionally in the Antioch community

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Availability for in-person appointments in Antioch and nearby areas
• Real estate license preferred but not required

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
• No base salary – income depends on your ability to close rental
