Description Job Description: Rental Agent - RV We are seeking a Rental Agent for our RV rental company. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the outdoors. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their RV rental needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all rental transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with their RV rental needs - Provide customers with information about our RV rental options, pricing, and policies - Process rental agreements and collect rental fees - Conduct pre-rental inspections and post-rental inspections of RVs - Ensure that all RVs are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition - Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all rental operations run smoothly -Other task as assigned If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service and the outdoors, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Rental Agent for our RV rental company.
