Description Full job description Position Summary: Responsible for determining rental needs of customers calling or coming into the store. Schedules rental availability. Essential Functions: 1. Communicates with customers by phone and in person regarding cost and delivery of rental order. Explains rental options. 2. Determines availability, schedules delivery and pick up as needed. Prepares rental units for delivery. 3. Opens and closes orders for rental units based on customer needs using the prescribed software and hardware following established procedures. 4. Obtains credit approval or payments from customer according to rental terms. 5. Exercises judgement in customer satisfaction issues. Seeks approval from supervisor when required. Other Functions: 1. May assist in parts or service areas as required. 2. Coordinates and communicates with other store personnel as needed for delivery. 3. Performs other duties as assigned. Tech preferred. Experience: 3-5 years Customer service, service advisor, or rental experience. Specific Skills: Computer software skills. Working Conditions: Normal store conditions including occasional service bay and external activities, computer and telephone operations, counter work. Higher wages available for individuals with a higher degree of experience and proven skill set.
