We’re offering a competitive basic salary of £26,000 depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
As a Rental Assistant, you’ll support the smooth daily operation of our Rent-A-Car department. You’ll help drive growth and profitability by assisting with retail and local corporate customer rentals, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll work closely with the Rental Manager to:

• Promote the Rent-A-Car brand and Vertu Volkswagen locally
• Support local sales and marketing initiatives
• Assist with budget tracking and P&L responsibilities
• Process payments and ID checks accurately (including pre-authorisations, card details, and credit checks)
• Help manage staff rotas and contribute to recruitment and training efforts
